Museum Moving News

Just read in the Museum’s newsletter Ink on Paper that they will be moving this summer from their location on West Clay to a new building in Midtown Houston—3121 San Jacinto, near other cultural institutions such as the  Buffalo Soldiers Museum, DiverseWorks, The Ensemble Theater, and Houston Community College. If you haven’t ever been to the Printing Museum, it is a hidden gem. They have a stellar permanent collection of the history of printing through the ages as well as galleries of current printing work. They also offer workshops such as letterpress, paper marbling, and open studio time. Check them out at http://printingmuseum.org/
